Bald Mountain Missionary Focus
Operation Christmas Child
Bald Mountain Baptist Church participates in Operation Christmas Child by collecting and packing shoeboxes filled with toys, fishing kits, soccer balls, colored pencils, notebooks, washcloths, socks, hats, and – most importantly – the gospel message along with personalized notes. Once assembled, these boxes are delivered to Samaritan’s Purse, where they are shipped to children in need around the world. Through this ministry, we share not only gifts but also the love and hope of Jesus Christ with children and families everywhere.
The Slabbert Family
The Slabbert Family resides in Cowley, Wyoming, where they embrace a truly adventurous lifestyle. From facing snowdrifts that reach the tops of their doorframes in winter to breaking horses and planning a full slate of summer activities, they are always active and engaged. Johannes and Marybeth are known for their warm and gracious personalities, as well as their genuine commitment to loving those around them with the love of Jesus. Their church plant continues to flourish, recently welcoming a sign language translator to better serve their deaf and hard-of-hearing members.

Medical Ministry Missions of Ashe
Wherever there are people, there are medical needs. MMMA strives to serve communities by deploying skilled medical volunteers to provide essential care. In Nicaragua and other regions, Day clinics are offered with thorough medical assessments and, when needed, appropriate medications to those in need.
Hope for Israel
The Hope for Israel team is dedicated to spreading the message of Jesus throughout Israel, with a particular focus on mentoring youth. They lead “Tours of Hope,” which offer visitors immersive experiences in the land of the Bible, allowing them to learn about Israeli culture and walk in places where Jesus once walked. Their robust youth program provides valuable support, Bible studies, and opportunities for community outreach to teens, college students, and young adults serving in the military – a requirement for all Israeli youth. Through these efforts, Hope for Israel fosters connection, faith, and understanding among the country’s next generation.
Snack Sack Ministry
Each week, our Snack Sack Ministry springs into action, packing 50 to 60 bags full of delicious snacks and drinks for kids in need at Westwood Elementary School. These sacks are filled with care and delivered to the school on a weekly basis, ensuring that students have the nourishment and energy they need to thrive in and out of the classroom!
